This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded between the seller/provider whose details are stated below and the customer who purchases products or services electronically through the diji.tr website.

In this Agreement, GLOBALNET İnternet Teknolojileri ve Yazılım Tic. Ltd. Şti. shall be referred to as the “Seller” or “Provider”, and the real or legal person purchasing products or services through the diji.tr website shall be referred to as the “Buyer” or “Customer”.
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the sale, delivery, performance, payment terms, right of withdrawal, cancellation and refund conditions, and the rights and obligations of the parties regarding domain name, hosting, e-mail services, SSL certificate, virtual server, physical server, license, security and other digital infrastructure services ordered electronically by the Customer through the diji.tr website.
The type, scope, duration, technical features, payment period, total sales price, final amount including taxes and payment method of the product or service purchased by the Customer are specified on the order screen, payment page, customer panel or order confirmation e-mail.
The Customer accepts that, before completing the order, they have read and approved the basic characteristics of the service, sales price, payment terms, service duration, right of withdrawal and refund conditions.
This Agreement shall be deemed to have been concluded electronically when the Customer confirms the order through the diji.tr website, customer panel or payment screen and completes the relevant payment transaction.
The Customer accepts that the information provided during the order process is accurate, complete and up to date. The Customer is responsible for any delay, service activation issue, invoice error or loss of rights arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
Product and service prices may be displayed on diji.tr in Turkish Lira or in the equivalent of a foreign currency. The valid amount at the time of payment is the final amount shown to the Customer on the payment screen.
Payments may be made by credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT or other payment methods offered by diji.tr.
The invoice is issued in accordance with the billing information provided by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the billing information is accurate and complete.
Digital products and services are made available electronically as soon as possible after payment confirmation.
Domain name registration, SSL certificate, license, server setup, hosting account, e-mail account and similar digital services may be activated within varying periods depending on the relevant registrar, license provider, certificate authority, data center, payment infrastructure or technical activation processes.
The Customer accepts that electronically provided and activated services are not subject to physical delivery due to their nature.
In cases where the Customer has consumer status, the Customer may have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the agreement, without providing any reason, within the scope of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
However, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for digital services whose performance has started before the expiry of the withdrawal period with the Customer’s explicit approval, or for services performed instantly in electronic environment.
In this context, the following services may be excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal or refund due to their nature:
Domain name registration, renewal and transfer transactions,
SSL certificates,
Third-party licenses,
Activated software, licenses and digital products,
Server services whose installation or activation has been completed,
Services specially configured upon the Customer’s request,
Hosting, e-mail, backup, security and similar digital infrastructure services made available for use.
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted to GLOBALNET İnternet Teknolojileri ve Yazılım Tic. Ltd. Şti. through the diji.tr customer panel, support request or written application.
Products or services within the scope of refund shall be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the relevant “Cancellation and Refund Policy”.
Where a refund is required, the payment shall, to the extent possible, be made through the same method used by the Customer for payment. If a refund cannot be made through the same method due to technical or operational reasons, customer account balance or an alternative payment method may be used with the Customer’s approval.
The right of withdrawal or refund request may not be accepted in the following cases:
Digital services activated with the Customer’s approval,
Domain name registration and renewal transactions,
Initiation of the domain name transfer process,
Activated SSL certificates,
Third-party licenses,
Server, hosting or software services specially configured for a person or institution,
The service has started to be used by the Customer,
Renewal payments,
Services provided under campaigns, promotions or discounts and already used,
Services suspended or terminated due to Customer fault, breach of agreement, misuse or legal violation.
The Customer is obliged to use the purchased services in accordance with the law, morality, public order, the rights of third parties and the terms of use published by GLOBALNET İnternet Teknolojileri ve Yazılım Tic. Ltd. Şti.
The Customer is personally responsible for all content, files, software, data, e-mail traffic, domain name use and relations with third parties within the scope of the service.
GLOBALNET İnternet Teknolojileri ve Yazılım Tic. Ltd. Şti. shall exercise reasonable care to provide the ordered services within the scope specified in the agreement, product descriptions and technical specifications.
GLOBALNET İnternet Teknolojileri ve Yazılım Tic. Ltd. Şti. shall take the necessary administrative and technical measures to provide technical infrastructure, security, continuity and support services.
In disputes that may arise from this Agreement, without prejudice to the provisions of applicable legislation, the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall be competent for consumer transactions.
For merchant or legal entity customers, the competent courts and enforcement offices separately agreed between the parties shall apply.
By placing an order or completing a payment transaction through diji.tr, the Customer declares that they have read, understood and accepted this Distance Sales Agreement, the Preliminary Information Form, the User Service Agreement, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Clarification Text.
